Don't see why not. CK2 uses very inconsistent nomenclature as to the actual in-file names of traits. In this case it's cannibal_trait. So, "remove_trait cannibal_trait" (minus the quotes), you will need to put the character id in there as well (I can never remember whether it comes before or after the trait you're removing) unless you are doing
The Northern Stories trait reduces our scheme secrecy by 15% so while it helps raising our children it hurts us if we plan to live by intrigue. I feel this is something not worth keeping because I like to scheme in secrecy. This leaves room for 3 cultural traits if you remove one trait later.
