Off road there very close but for more aggressive off road I'd rather have a dr650. But the husky and xcountry are better road bike than the dr650, more power smoother, but the dr is a very fun road bike also. Hopefully all these years later the comparison is helpful to someone. #5. That's the problem, there doesn't seem to be one single fix. Cleaning the IAC resolved the issue for some. Others had issues with a temp sensor and others seemed to be caused by the initial throttle position setting. The X-Challenge issue thread is the best discussion of it all, but no one size fits all solution.
